You’re not alone if you are dealing with fatigue after brain injury. Fatigue and Traumatic Brain Injury summaries the types of fatigue, why fatigue is important, the causes of fatigue, and what can be done to decrease fatigue. The information was developed by Kathleen R. Bell, MD, in collaboration with the University of Washington Model Systems Knowledge Translation Center.

The BEST Suite PaceMyDay app addresses several of the recommendations regarding decreasing fatigue.
