PaceMyDay Help
PaceMyDay (PMD) is one of three tools within the BEST Suite. This tool allows you to track and monitor your activities so you don’t trigger a setback or simply run out of energy for whatever reason by the end of the day. Your list of tasks for the day is the default screen and shows you what’s on your plate. Depending on your settings, you will see different colored icons to so you what you’re trying to accomplish. Trying to do 4 tasks that are red, means that at least one of them will not be finished.
Each task is also assigned strategies to help remind you of the things that you can do so you can keep doing the task longer without symptoms/fatigue. Tasks can be created new within the Today’s Tasks list or the CompleteMyToDos application. Existing tasks can also be pulled into the list, and templates can be used for things that happen daily or regularly on a scheduled day.

Getting Started – What’s Already There
We’ve already entered some data for you that many people find useful. Remember that different brains have different challenges. Keep in the ones that are right for you, and delete the ones that would never apply. Over time, you may not need to measure tasks in such detail and can create a summary task. Teeth, Shower, Shave may be separate tasks at first, but eventually are so “easy” that you can use a task “Morning Routine”. NOTE: Do not rename or delete a group you have used. This will remove the data for your report history. Move them to the “Unused Tasks” group. That way you have them available if you have a setback.
Remember that tasks are actions, so try to use verbs, try to keep them short (the list will shrink the font so you can see it all on one screen), and make it clear enough that you can remember what it is.
Let’s see what we have. It is recommended that you follow the order in here the first time.
