The CEU availability is a great idea. In Wisconsin the Brain Injury Alliance has to use the continuing education section of the university in Madison. The Ohio State Screening tool instruction offers a free class but charges a nominal fee, $25.00, Think for CEUs. It would seem appropriate to offer CEUs to physicians, nurses and teachers. BEST could offer CEUs for an entire webinar series or for individual sessions. It might be possible to collaborate with some of the state affiliates the Brain Injury Association or the Brain Injury Alliance, who might could offer the courses and help with finding ways to obtain CEUs in their state. It would be great to educate the providers directly. At times, the members of NAMI have been the educators of the professionals. We can also look at what the different state brain injury groups charge for CEUs.
