BEST offers workshops to provide a deeper dive into the topics introduced in the webinars. Workshops span several weeks, meet for 90 minutes, and include both online content and live Zoom sessions.

Our workshops provide participants the opportunity to interact with the facilitator(s), better understand individual struggles, and learn & practice strategies to apply in daily life.

Who Should Participate?

The Self-Regulation workshop is designed for individuals living with cognitive challenges due to medical conditions such as brain injury, long COVID, MS, etc.
