Record what you do

I learned an exercise that was very helpful to me as I worked on time management. I kept track of all the different activities I did throughout the day and how long long I spent on those activities for one week. The process helped me to gain awareness of where and how much time I spend doing certain activities. The information from this process allowed me to create a list of life categories that I later applied across the various apps I use. This process also helped me with a problem I had before my accident but became more of an issue after — trying to estimate how much time I would need to complete an activity.
